1Foundation
We start by mapping out the hours you have next to your job, your family and everything else, and we set your pace around them. Anyone can learn this, and how fast you move depends on your situation. You learn how branded dropshipping works and how to use Claude in your work before you spend money on ads.
2Build
You research your market and choose a product with a clear buyer in mind. Then we build your brand and your store to look like what that buyer expects. We also set up fulfillment, so every order reaches your customer.
3Launch
Your first creatives and your first campaign go live. From day one you know what an order really costs you, so you judge your results over weeks instead of a few slow days. We read the data together and keep what works.
4Scale
Once the store sells, we add email flows, customer support and real profit tracking. You hire your first VA and hand over the daily tasks, so the business keeps growing while your hours stay under control. This is where your store becomes a brand that customers come back to.

At the end of 2021 I worked behind the bar at a beach restaurant and paid for two coaching programs that went nowhere. Then a mentor showed me what to do and in what order. I had no money left to go live, so I borrowed it from my father and paid him back within ten months. My first sale came in on 14 July 2022.
Today I still run my own brands on Meta and Google ads, with a small team behind me. I'm in my own ad accounts every day, so I see the changes on the platforms as they happen and pass them on to you right away.
